Welcome!!!

I am just soooo excited to have you here! Make sure you have watched the video above and then I need you to do 3 things for me right now!

1. Tell me about you, I want to know what you want to achieve in the next 6 weeks and why!

2. Request to join the awesomely supportive closed FaceBook group. I will let you in on the evening prior to the reset commencing. Not essential but I HIGHLY recommend joining to get the most out of the community!

3. Start getting familiar with the West Beach Fitness app and upload your starting photos if you want to. No one can see them except you and me - I will only look if you ask me to.

Please don't worry about all the metrics they ask for, just ignore them, I say scales in the bin!!! Imagine never standing on them again.

Instead of obsessing about scale weight start pouring your energy into action. Ticking of the fundamentals of nutrition, training, movement and mindset will make a meaningful and sustainable change.

I want you to go on how you are FEELING in your body. Let’s stop chasing an arbitrary scale weight..
