This is the ultimate reset. You will have direct access and accountability to me. You will receive a personalised nutrition plan, mealtime templates, mindset exercises and 8 weeks worth of increasingly challenging workouts. This is all hosted on a dedicated West Beach Fitness app that allows you to upload progress photos and track your progress.

It’s proven that when you surround yourself with people all striving for the same goal your new habits are much more likely to stick! That’s why the reset gets such awesome results - not only do you get 1:1 accountability to me, you also get the support of a small group as well as the access to the West Beach Challengers community!
