This is the ultimate reset. You will have direct access and accountability to me. You will receive a personalised nutrition plan, mealtime templates, mindset exercises and 6 weeks worth of increasingly challenging workouts. This is all hosted on a dedicated West Beach Fitness app that allows you to upload progress photos and track your progress.

It’s proven that when you surround yourself with people all striving for the same goal your new habits are much more likely to stick! That’s why the reset gets such awesome results - not only do you get 1:1 accountability to me, you also get the support of a small group as well as the access to the West Beach Challengers community!

I want you to exercise because you love your body and you want to feel fit, strong and amazing in your own skin! There are no ‘bad’ or ‘banned’ foods it is all about finding what works and what is realistic for you.

The reset combines online personal and nutrition coaching with all the benefits of being in a small supportive online group.

I will personally set you your nutrition target and show you how to shift into a leaner, healthier body composition.

You will get direct accountability and access to me so I can coach and support you to ensure the shifts we make are sustainable, enjoyable and most importantly moving you toward being the type of person you want to be!

Each week you will get a brand new HIIT (high intensity interval training) video – combining strength and high intensity bursts to enable you to get fit, build lean muscle & fall in love with the process of looking after you better.

You need minimal equipment (dumbbells and kettlebell) and you don't even have to leave the house!

It's all hosted on the West Beach Fitness app - so everything is in one place and you can upload photos, track workouts and talk to me!
